If, like me, you love quotes you might like these.
The story,
I’ve been wanting to learn how to use Adobe Illustrator for a-g-e-s, so I’ve began, first by signing up for a course at Jones Design Company which teaches the basics.
Then I started playing.
The plan is to 1. create more downloads, prints, workbooks, writing books, journal prompts (because I know you like downloads) 2. redo the downloads in The Moxie Project and 3. get more creative around here in 2015 ’cause I miss being arty-farty.
So, without further ado here’s my first attempt at, em, something.
I picked some of my favourite quotes/sayings that rock my boat:
Love waits on welcome
Become who you are
Begin the way will be shown to you
I am entitled to miracles
Remember how to laugh
What would love do?
Take the step, you an trust yourself
There is nothing to fear
What you seek is seeking you
Then made them into A4 printables, and then thought you might like them. I feel a bit like the 5 year old child who’s giving you a picture to put on the fridge! So, the next thing was learning how making those pretty ‘mock-up’ pictures.
Taa-raa, the result below.
If you want them, you can download them from Dropbox by clicking here. No sign up.
Maybe the sayings do nothing for you if you have any favourites let me know – I can use them as experiments as I learn Illustrator next year.
And all of them,
And you can make thing like this in Adobe in a few clicks, I’m in awe.
Love,
Dawn

Oh, and as for technical help. that may need to wait a few months, I’m just a beginner. In the download folder I’ve included a few free places online where you can change sizes.
