You're Confidence Toolkit
(In a rush? To jump straight to the sign up boxes click here, many people find the following information useful)
The world of 'self help' and personal development is huge, and you've probably read messages (if you've been searching for help for a while) of 'instant results' or 'immediate success' or 'change your life overnight'.
Would you agree that we all want to live a life that is confident, purposeful, inspiring, meaningful, free from fear: where we can handle challenges and overcome barriers quicker, with more focus, drive and determination?
Sounds lovely, huh?
What about success? Sure, it means something different to all of us. Yet, wouldn't we all like to be going for those big dreams, goals, plans and taking action on our ideas?
Who doesn't? Yet, I dont know about you, but I never got the 'how to' lessons.
Your toolkit is your lessons. (Aside: I encourage you not to stop here at my website. Keep searching, keep adding and finding the right pieces of information for you.)
A great painter becomes so by applying their lessons: using the tools she has gathered and hours of practice, not by keeping all her tools in tiptop condition in her toolkit.
If you have all the carpentry tools, you're still not a carpenter until you learn how to use the tools in the right way, for the right job, at the right time. Make sense?
I believe, the same applies to personal growth, development and confidence building. The tools you gather become committed to using them on a daily basis.
Like the painter, some of the time may be 'trial and error', you may make mistakes or struggle with an idea, you may find that a certain technique is not working for you: to become a master learn the alternatives!
Um, well! How instant is instant?
As much as I would love to say to you 'yes', I'd be inaccurate.
The way I work with people (through training, events, services) gets results. Yet, I have no idea if you will apply all (or some) of the messages and lessons in the toolkit. When working personally with clients, this can be measured by their personal outcomes.
Was it instant for them? Not all the time.
The long lasting change comes from taking massive action and stepping way out and beyond your comfort zones: keeping on going when what you want to do most is say 'I quit!'
And for some of my previous clients this is not always easy -- they go through 'ups and downs', they may even struggle with their growth and development (for a time), they may fail (get stuck) a few times or find it a challenge to keep on going when everything is a barrier in their way.
Sometimes, the change comes when the person says 'time to get out my own way'! We, usually are the 'culprits' to stumping our own growth!
What Gives Me The Right To Say This?
Since 1996, I have worked as a personal & professional development trainer, coach.
I have worked with people (individually, in groups, teams) who (for example) have been unemployed for years have obtained meaningful employment, people who have never stood up and given a presentation have overcome their fear and spoke to 100 people, people with an 'idea' for their own business have made the leap from employee to entreprenuer.
The people I work with experience some of the following:
A life loaded with fear and terrified they can't move past it
Unable to switch off and relax, worried and extremely anxious about situations
A lack of personal power
Unable to handle conflict
Feelings that their life is a wreck and they are tired of feeling that way.
Unable to talk to people: including speaking in public
Unemployment and difficulty in selling themselves
Looking for the confidence to change career
Stuck/stopped and not sure what to do about it
Jobs where they feel out their depth
Wanting to raise confident children
Running a business and scared it is going to fail
Lack of assertiveness and unable to say no
Overcoming a difficult period in life
Scared of what others think of them and unable to let go
I could go on FOREVER! It can be summed up in one word FEAR!
Fear of rejection, ridicule, embarassment, failing/falling, not being good enough and so on...
Which is, tar- raa, it's free!
This is a flaw because human beings don't attach the same value to free as bought, it's my intention that there is something here that you can use and apply today. Even if it's one teeny little piece of information that makes you sit up and say 'ah-ha', it's done it's job!
Change has to begin somewhere, this could be the start you need.
Why Is It Free?
You may decide to stick around and let me help you further (you may choose to attend a course or live seminar or similar) if you don't, that's fine too.
It's a taster, a 'toe dip', a way of connecting with people like you, who might want help further on. An intro to the way I work. You can of course unsubscribe at anytime and your details are confidential.
NB: The toolkit contains all of the following, however you may only want to download one or two items, just click on the read more link at the bottom of each section.

** you don't have to complete this section. Why do I ask it? Two reasons 1. it can help you to vocalise what's going on for you at this time and 2. I read every comment that comes through and I may use the question in a teleseminar (confidentially, no names) or as the title for a blog post.
Again, you don't know me yet -- and I'd rather you didn't fill in if it made you uncomfortable in any way.
