Here’s what’s in the toolkit:

Dare to Be You is a free e-book. It’s a full 23 pages of ‘little life dares’: short and snappy, available as a PDF for quick download and printing (so you can save and read in your own time.

Core Values Workbook: Discover your core values. Know them, learn from them, embrace the ones that serve you, move away from the ones that do not serve. They will show you why you behave and act in certain ways. They will have you manage conflict, and see other people more clearly. They will shine light on what really matters to you. They will explain to you why you feel what you feel.

The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles + Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill It’s strange to think that these two time served personal development books were written nearly 100 years ago. However most of what’s written in these two classics is very much still referred to today in personal development world. These are the full books.

Affirmations Book 1 + 2 plus guidelines on how to create and write your own. Some people swear by affirmations, others hate them. But this is a toolkit, take what you need and ignore the rest. There are over 800 affirmations in these two books. Plus clear steps for creating your own.

Why Your CV Ends Up In The Bin, free e-book. Cv or Resume, what do you call it? This little report was part of a programme a few years back. Many people changing career (wanting to work for someone else) haven’t got a clue where to begin when writing their CV, I hope this will help.

The Balance Wheel Workbook or Life Wheel: this tool is used a lot in coaching and personal development. You can use it to discover what areas of your life need a little attention and to set goals.

Assertiveness Rights Poster : downloadable, A4. Perfect for anyone who feels their opinions and views are being trampled upon.

What’s In The Newsletter

You mean the content?

Well, I work with individuals, career changers and little biz owners. There will be some update emails that really tickle your fancy and others not so much. In the title of the email I will always ‘try’ to make it clear what the content is about, so you can decide to open it or not.

Why Is It Called Nearly a Newsletter?

Seriously? Because Nearly a Newsletter just sounded better than Nearly the Updates. Double N’s! Yep, that’s pretty much it.

Why ‘nearly’ though?

Ahhhh! Now, that’s a really good question. It used to be sent once a week in the form of a rather pretty, smart looking (all singing, all dancing) affair, but to be truthful it used to take me nearly a week to write the darn thing! Time I would rather spend with you.

Since then, I’ve adopted ‘Let It Be Easy’ approach to life, and newsletter creation was the first to get the heaveho.

So, that means you’ll receive quick emails, as soon as something is added to the toolkit page, a blog post is published or a course is announced, I’ll slap together a few sentences and fire it off to you.

And perhaps one day I may send you the all out fancy affair. Just to surprise you now and then!

Do You Send Other Emails?

Yes, I do. I also send quick ‘special announcements’ emails. Or I may announce an event or teleseminar and send a couple of reminders. Mainly so you see them. I usually send 1 email a week, some weeks it’s none it all, really depends on what’s happening here. If a course is coming up, I do send a couple more than usual.

Can You Unsubscribe?

Oh crikey yes, I would hate to see you leave but more importantly I would hate to send you emails that you no longer need. That’s why I use a special email system (1shoppingcart and mailchimp) that automatically can do this for you – you don’t have to wait for me to do it manually.

Are Your Personal Details Safe?

Yes, I would never dream of giving, selling, renting or distributing your personal details to another. If you want to read my privacy statement you can do so here. It’s a bit heavy but to sum it up:“I Dawn Barclay pinky promise, cross my heart hope to die, needle in eye, swear on everything I hold sacred stuff to never rent, share, barter with or trade your personal details with anyone else.

Period.

Unless of course you’ve been really bad, MI6 and the FBI have me in custody and I’m being grilled by the strong arm of law, I may give in then only ’cause I’m a wimp! BUT apart from that, never, ever, ever. Here’s the privacy part.

Will You Ever ‘Sell’ To Me?

You mean, am I going to send you an email every single day with an ‘offer’, links to viagra and dodgy websites. Nope! Are they not just the pits?

Will I send you hundreds of emails saying ‘buy, buy, buy, buy’? No.

I will tell you of what’s coming up: events, teleseminars (paid and free) if you’re interested there will always be a link to find out more…and usually another place to sign up for new information.

Remember – only what you want, you have complete control.

Yes, I do mention paid programs and courses. But you will always get the updates, info, extra resources as they put together, invites to connect whether or not you ever decide to join me on one.
