Moxie Musings [The Updates]
1. NEW BLOG POSTS As soon as I have posted an article, piece of news or some other piece of crazy speak on the blog, I’ll pop a few lines together explaining what it’s about and give you a link to come back here and check it out.
Remember, I write about life, career and little biz and I do try to make it very clear what an email is about so you can decide if it’s useful or not that day – but some times I screw this up and forget, so please forgive me.
Expect me, not a corporate robot. Okay, I need to say this, I don’t mince my words. I have been known to swear. I’m dyslexic so if the odd mistook offends please see past it.
2. Invites to Teleseminars and Stuff: We have free monthly calls, so you’ll get invited to them, there is always another link to sign up for these, if I didn’t do it that way then I wouldn’t have a clue who was coming, you will need to sign up each month I’m afraid, but it’s only to give you the link to where the seminar is being held online.
3. I’ll Let You Know About Events, Seminars, Workshops: information about these are sent like every other email. There will be a wee bit of info, plus a link back to the website to check it out.
4. + anything else I think you will love, I’ll pop it in a update and whisk it away to you.
What to Expect
Important: expect 1 to 2 emails a week if I’m actually doing some work around these here parts. The first week there is 4, these are sent automatically and are purely getting to know you emails. However if you sign up for any of the free e-courses you will get a few more than that.
Why are the toolkit and updates free? There must be a catch.
No, there isn’t. Apart from I do hope you stick around and take what you need. Do I want you to buy stuff? No. Plain: no catch. I am a trainer and coach, I make a living, erm, training and coaching but I would hate you to think this a ploy to sell you a wheen of stuff you don’t need. Urgh!

Can You Unsubscribe?
Oh crikey yes, I would hate to see you leave but more importantly I would hate to send you emails that you no longer need. That’s why I use a special/swanky/awfully efficient email system thingy that automatically can do this for you – you don’t have to wait for me to do it manually. There is always a link in every email I send for you to unsubscribe.
Are Your Personal Details Safe?
Sleep well, I will not be selling your house. I would never dream of giving, selling, renting or distributing your personal details to another. If you want to read my privacy statement you can do so here. It’s probably the most boring page in internet history, but to sum it up:“I Dawn Barclay pinky promise, cross my heart hope to die, needle in eye, swear on everything I hold sacred stuff to never rent, share, barter with or trade your personal details with anyone else.
Period.
Unless of course you’ve been really bad, MI6 and the FBI have me in custody and I’m being grilled by the strong arm of law! BUT apart from that, never, ever, ever. Here’s the privacy part.
Will You Ever Try to Sell Me Viagra?
Sadly no, I would have no idea where to buy it. Are they not just the pits? Not to mention those ones that say ‘send this to 1500 people you know and you’ll win the lottery by midnight’, no I promise you. Will I ever ‘sell’ something? I will tell you of what’s coming up: events, teleseminars (paid and free) if you’re interested there will always be a link to find out more…and usually another place to sign up for new information.
Remember – only what you want, you have complete control.
Bottom Line.
It’s all about the connection. Look, you know how this usually works.
You sign up and within a few weeks you can’t even remember what you signed up for! I don’t want that.
One day I hope you and I meet and connect elsewhere, but until then email is the best way to go. Someone unsubscribed once because they were … too friendly … yeah. Whatever. Please don’t expect polished affairs. *Picking self of floor laughing*
It’s up to me (as I’m the one asking) to start opening the channels of communication, so rest assured you just get me.
